IRP exists to create a realistic and immersive world where players can enjoy high-quality roleplay in a professional, organized, and respectful environment.
Founded in July 2025 by passionate roleplayers, IRP began as a small project focused on realism and structured scenarios. Within the first week we celebrated our first 100 members, and by mid-October — almost three months in — we passed 1,000 members. Through dedication, creativity and the ongoing support of our community, IRP has grown into one of the best Emergency Hamburg roleplay communities, continuously advancing through innovation.
Our goal is to set a new standard for roleplaying — combining structured management with creativity and community involvement. IRP is more than a server; it's a community built by and for its players.

Departments
Every job in IRP runs to its own real-world standard. No crime while on duty, no exceptions.
Medics
- Respond to every accident, injury or shooting if safe to do so
- Treat all patients fairly, regardless of role
- No crimes or assisting criminals while on duty
- Realistic procedures — bandage, call ambulance, transport to hospital
- Stay on scene until the patient is stable or transferred
Police
- Professional at all times — respect civilians, no power abuse
- May stop players for traffic control or speeding
- Arrests only for a valid roleplay reason, caught in the act
- No ICE roleplay/cosplay, no stop sticks or radar guns
- Regular criminals can't hold a police job unless OOC
Firefighters
- Respond to fires, accidents and emergency calls realistically
- No crimes or assisting criminals while on duty
- Coordinate with police and medics during emergencies
- Roleplay equipment properly — no trolling or recklessness
HARS / DOT
- Tow or repair vehicles realistically, no crime on duty
- Follow speed and traffic rules during operations
- Work with police, medics and firefighters at scenes
- May charge €1,000 for a vehicle repair
Bus Drivers
- Follow traffic laws and your assigned route
- Passenger safety comes first — no reckless driving
- No intentional collisions, no trolling
- Report incidents if necessary
Truck Drivers
- Deliver cargo realistically, following traffic rules
- Never use a truck to harm players or commit crimes
- Coordinate with HARS/DOT on breakdowns
- Report accidents or delays when needed

Regular modes
Special events
Super special events — like our Fashion Show — are hosted only by high-ranking staff, with more on the way.
Server rules
Read all of these before you play — every member is held to them. Common sense above all: if it's obviously not realistic, it's not allowed.
- Always stay in character — no FailRP.
- No RDM/VDM — no random killing or vehicle attacks.
- No metagaming — don't use info from Discord/DMs.
- Respect safezones (PD, hospital, fire station, church) — don't flee into them.
- Follow Roblox ToS at all times — no ERP, suicide RP, drug RP or terror RP.
- Show fear when outmatched — Fear RP.
- No logging out to avoid RP. If you must leave, tell staff/players.
- Roleplay pain realistically when injured.
- Drive properly and roleplay crashes.
- After dying, forget the scene — no revenge or return.
- If staff voids a scene, treat it as if it never happened.
- Call EMS if hit in a shootout; EMS must transport the downed to hospital.
- Crash RP required for major accidents (70+ km/h car, 50+ km/h bike) — call EMS + ADAC.
- Don't drive through barriers — cones, barricades, gates.
- Unrealistic skins (animals, etc.) are forbidden.
- Yield to emergency sirens (red/blue).
- Police may stop you for speeding.
- Ignore on-duty admins unless they're in a marked admin car with red lights — contact via messenger or the emergency call app.
- No jumping during combat.
- No unrealistic sniping (e.g. sniping at close range).
- Stop when pulled over unless you have a valid RP reason to flee.
- Don't attack or provoke without an RP reason.
- No intentionally baiting police (erratic driving, etc.) into arresting or shooting you.
- Cooperate when arrested with valid cause.
- Fear for your life when outnumbered or at gunpoint.
- Follow traffic laws unless you have an RP reason not to.
- Common sense rule — if it's obviously unrealistic, it's not allowed.
- No intent to roleplay (NITRP) is not allowed.
- Pocket RP — retrieve large items (cones, ladders, rifles) from a trunk or storage, not thin air. Glocks and knives are exempt.
- No bombing, killing or cuffing during meetings.
- Park cars properly in PD parking.
- Sit down and remain calm.
- Vote for roleplay modes and events.
Criminal organizations
Gangs and cartels are their own system, with their own limits — Fear RP and realistic consequences still apply.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 members, maximum 20 per gang/cartel
- Members can't belong to multiple gangs at once
- Needs a recognizable identity — avatar color, uniform, symbols/branding
Activity limits
- Max 4 members active in the same crime at once
- Larger crimes need high-rank approval first
- No prioritizing random killing, constant PvP or server disruption
Alliances
- Max 2 official alliances at a time
- Must be declared and recognized through IRP systems
- Can't be used to bypass member or crime limits
Always punishable
- Mass RDM or random violence
- Using gangs solely as PvP groups
- Circumventing member limits with "sub-gangs"
- Unrealistic weapon usage, metagaming or exploiting
Punishment system
Staff log every punishment in the Mod Panel or #moderations, with the ban length included. Punishments are issued only when necessary and proportionate.

*If more than an hour passes between warning 3 and warning 4, this ban doesn't apply. Multiple broken rules stack — e.g. killing staff (2 days) + mass cuff rushing (3 days) + LTAP (1 day) = a 6-day ban.
Peacetime & hostage RP
Peacetime
Keeps order so situations can resolve without violence. All criminal activity, hostile action and PvP are prohibited — comply with law enforcement and cooperate with the scene. Existing wanted levels stay active; police may continue investigations or arrests. Breaking Peacetime risks a warning, kick or ban.
Strict Peacetime
A heightened Peacetime used for emergencies, maintenance, events or admin situations. All standard rules apply, plus: players with active wanted statuses may be removed for full stability. No pursuits, shootouts or wanted situations at all until it lifts.
Hostage roleplay
- Needs at least 7 police + 1 medic on duty before it can start
- Requires a valid roleplay reason and admin permission
- Weak jobs (Bus, ADAC, etc.) can't be taken hostage
- Maximum demand is €10,000
- Police must prioritize the hostage's safety throughout

- 04No NSFW, pornographic or sexual content.
- 05No racist, extremist or highly offensive content.
- 06Keep controversial topics (politics, religion, etc.) out of chat.
- 07No advertising other servers/products without staff permission.
- 08No spam — flooding, wall-of-text, or disruptive links/emoji.
- 09No impersonating staff, members or known personalities.
- 10No referral links, scams or malicious software.
- 11Don't ping staff/leadership without a valid reason.
- 12No false reports or spreading misinformation.
- 13Respect DM etiquette — don't message members uninvited.
- 14Use common sense — if it might annoy others, don't do it.
- 15Keep voice chat professional — don't disrupt RP or streams.
- 16Swearing is allowed — slurs and derogatory language are not.

How do I join?

Is there an age requirement?
Yes — you must be 13 or older to join the Discord.
Do I need experience to join?
No. Read the rulebook, pick a department or play as a civilian, and you're in. New members are welcome.
How do I apply for staff?
Staff applications run through the Discord. Every staff member goes through training and an exam before joining the team.
Is IRP affiliated with Roblox or Emergency Hamburg?
No. IRP is an independent community. Emergency Hamburg and Roblox belong to their respective owners.
